Parent Workshop

 

In Partnership with United to Learn and Concilio, Anne Frank brings the P.A.L.S. Parents as Leaders, Onboarding, LENA, and P.A.S.E. Parents Advocating for Student Success parent workshops to our community. 

Parents' workshop educates parents to give confidence and tools to encourage the language, motor, social-emotional, and other skills needed for their children to be ready for academic success. 

 

This 8-week program focuses on the identity, leadership, and social development of parents. 

The topics discussed:

1. Identity, self-worth, self-care
2. Emotional intelligence, time management, and organization
3. Social, cognitive, and linguistic development
4. Family vision and goals
5. Social justice

There is child care available.
